1. Instructions for Downloading and Using OneNote 1. Go to the iOS App Store on your iPad. Search for the OneNote application (it is a purple icon) and install it. Note: OneNote is more compatible with Google Chrome than Safari, so you may need to download the Google Chrome web browser. Open the Google Chrome browser and go to the Canvas page to download the pdf of the lab.
2. I can't guarantee if this will work for everyone, but I am able to use Apple Scribble on the web version of OneNote on my Ipad 8th gen using Microsoft Edge. It's not 100% user friendly with regards to scratching out, but it captures the written text and converts very nicely.

Scan a document

Tap on the onscreen keyboard, then speak. If you don’t see, make sure Enable Dictation is turned on in Settings General Keyboard. When you finish, tap. To insert text by dictating, tap to place the insertion point, then tap. You can also replace selected text by dictating. Sign a document

1. Open Notes, then tap the document in the note.
2. Tap the Share button , then tap Markup .
3. Tap the Add button , then tap Signature and add a saved signature or create a new signature. Then you can adjust the size of the signature box and place it wherever you want on the document.
4. Tap Done.

To manually sign your document, follow steps 1-2, then select a tool to use and sign the document with your finger or an Apple Pencil with a compatible iPad.
